Huset ligger 6 Km. från kusten, i utkanterna av byn Ingenio, på en egendom på 10.000 m² där man ägnar sig åt odlingar. I huset finner man två dubbelsovrum, två enkelsovrum, ett rymligt kök med matvrå, två badrum och en stor mycket komfortabel salong med öppen spis. Huset har inretts med en kombination av färg och naturmaterialen sten och trä. På yttersidan finns det en skön terrass under ett kanariskt takutsprång och därifrån kommer man direkt till en rymlig innergård med en grill och solstolar som inbjuder till solbad

We have been in this house now for the second time ( this year 2 weeks in March 2026). We loved the quiet location in the hills of Ingenio far from the tourists in Maspalomas, and the spacious areas both inside and outside of the house. Grocery shoppVisa mer
We have been in this house now for the second time ( this year 2 weeks in March 2026). We loved the quiet location in the hills of Ingenio far from the tourists in Maspalomas, and the spacious areas both inside and outside of the house. Grocery shopping is available within a few kilometers, even fresh bread rolls are available from an old Canarian bakery within walking distance. Spacious parking for the car is available behind closed doors, so you can leave anything in the car... WLAN is working without interruptions, even a washing machine is available - which is very helpful for a longer stay. The terrace allows private sunbathing - but bear in mind that because of the higher location the temperatures are a bit lower than in Playa... Contact with the ladies taking care of the house was very friendly (thank you for the warm welcome!) With a rental car trips to the island are possible anytime. We enjoyed the two weeks - and will come back
