Description
Holiday home located 6 kilometres from the coast, on the outskirts of the small town of Ingenio, in a country estate of 10,000 square metres given over to cultivation. Inside the house are two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with a dining room, two bathrooms and a large, very comfortable living room with a fireplace. The house has been decorated combining colour with stone and wood. Outside there is a pleasant Canarian wooden roofed terrace that gives directly onto a spacious patio where there is a barbecue, and sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine

The hospitality, the cleaning/maintenance of the house and the absence of essential starting products such as water, pepper, salt, coffee filter bags (in most houses these are available). It is not hospitable!

We have been in this house now for the second time ( this year 2 weeks in March 2026). We loved the quiet location in the hills of Ingenio far from the tourists in Maspalomas, and the spacious areas both inside and outside of the house. Grocery shoppsee more
We have been in this house now for the second time ( this year 2 weeks in March 2026). We loved the quiet location in the hills of Ingenio far from the tourists in Maspalomas, and the spacious areas both inside and outside of the house. Grocery shopping is available within a few kilometers, even fresh bread rolls are available from an old Canarian bakery within walking distance. Spacious parking for the car is available behind closed doors, so you can leave anything in the car... WLAN is working without interruptions, even a washing machine is available - which is very helpful for a longer stay. The terrace allows private sunbathing - but bear in mind that because of the higher location the temperatures are a bit lower than in Playa... Contact with the ladies taking care of the house was very friendly (thank you for the warm welcome!) With a rental car trips to the island are possible anytime. We enjoyed the two weeks - and will come back
