Located just 2 km from the small town of Fontanales, in the Villa de Moya, in the north of Gran Canaria, it offers parking next to the house and a peaceful, serene environment for a holiday in nature.

The house has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a loft with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests; a cot is available at no extra charge, on request. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The living room is a welcoming space, equipped with a smart TV with satellite television, a music system and free wifi to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A cot is available on request at no extra charge. The whole house is equipped with central heating, free wifi and a washing machine.

Outside, it has a garden, a pleasant covered terrace with an outside dining table and parking next to the house. At the back of the house there is another terrace with the barbecue and near the entrance is the private pool and sun loungers.
