Finca Casa Nanita A is a cosy country house with a shared pool, set in a 20,000-square-metre estate that is part of a group of three houses. Located just 2 km from the small town of Fontanales, in the Villa de Moya, in the north of Gran Canaria, it offers parking next to the house and a peaceful, serene environment for a holiday in nature.
The house has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a loft with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests; a cot is available at no extra charge, on request. The bathroom has a shower and is equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The living room is a welcoming space, equipped with a smart TV with satellite television, a music system and free wifi to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kitchen, overlooking the terrace and equipped with an old wood-burning oven, is perfect for preparing homemade meals with local products and enjoying them outdoors in the terrace's dining area.

Holiday cottage of centenary construction, restored and enlarged respecting its style as much as possible, and integrated into the nature that surrounds it, with all the current comforts to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed vacation in a rural environment.
Upon entering the house you come into a spacious living room with television and fireplace that shares a room with the dining area and the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc. This living room-kitchen area has a loft with a double bed. The house also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A cot is available on request at no extra charge. The whole house is equipped with central heating, free wifi and a washing machine.
Outside, it has a garden, a pleasant covered terrace with an outside dining table and parking next to the house. At the back of the house there is another terrace with the barbecue and near the entrance is the private pool and sun loungers.
Thanks to its splendid location, from the house and its terraces there are beautiful panoramic views of the Atlantic and the north slope of the island, with cultivation areas and remains of chestnut, laurisilva, oak, etc. forests, as well as birds and other types of characteristic fauna and flora. It is surrounded by royal paths for hiking. It is a house well suited to couples and small families looking for rest and walking in a rural setting, with a private pool, and pets are welcome.
