Charming holiday home in El Madroñal, located in the municipality of Santa Brígida, just 3 kilometres from San Mateo and close to the vibrant centre of Gran Canaria.
The house is situated at the end of a quiet local road; after a short 30-meter walk, you'll find yourself in front of its entrance. Upon entering, descending steps lead you to a bright lounge area offering views of the surrounding landscape. To the right, a spacious room unveils a modernly equipped kitchen alongside a cosy dining area.
Moving through the lounge, you'll discover a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. This corridor expands into another living room, intimately furnished with a fireplace and television. From here, you can access the master bedroom, boasting a double bed, a functional workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. From the entrance of this bedroom, stairs lead you to the ground floor where an additional lounge, another double bedroom, and another bathroom with a shower await.
But the real charm is outdoors: a terrace with a covered area perfect for alfresco dining, and extending from the terrace, an outdoor refreshing swimming pool with sun loungers. It's the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. A gem in Gran Canaria that's waiting for you!

Wir verbrachten 4 Wochen im Ferienhaus Los Arcos. Das Haus ist etwas Besonderes. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer kleinen Straße. (Ein Mietwagen, der klein und wendig ist, hat hier seine Vorzüge!). Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit vielen Bildern, Büchern und Mitbringseln aus verschiedenen Teilen der Welt ausgestattet. Wir fragten uns oft nach den möglichen Reisen der Besitzer. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und man findet alles, was man braucht. Auf einer gemütlichen überdachten Terrasse war es sehr angenehm zu frühstücken. Das Haus hat einen schönen Garten, der entgegen der Ankündigung (Pflege 2-3mal pro Woche) etwas vernachlässigt wirkte. Wer gerne schwimmt, ist mit dem sehr kleinen Pool nicht so gut bedient. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur Casitas Canarias und deren Erreichbarkeit waren sehr gut. In der alten Klassifikation würden wir für das Haus eine 10 und für den Garten eine 6 geben. |
