The use of this website is guaranteed to users that have agreed with the rules detailed below. Those users who do not accept these provisions are not allowed to use this website.

The protection of your personal data is of highest priority for Casitas Canarias. Because safeguarding your privacy is critical to us, Casitas Canarias works on the basis of the following principles:

- You will also receive, once registered to do so, current information with offers of accommodation in Casitas Canarias holiday cottages and more information of third parties about "holidays". Casitas Canarias is authorized to select information from third-party companies and make it available to clients. If you do not wish to receive further information, either of third companies or of Casitas Canarias, please do not hesitate to contact us and communicate this.
- If you consider that Casitas Canarias has not complied with what has been agreed, let us know by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address info@casitascanarias.com. We will contact you and we will take all measures necessary to verify the circumstances communicated in order to acknowledge and solve that specific problem as soon as possible.
II. Use of the website / registration
- This web site is created exclusively for your private and non-commercial use. You cannot modify, copy, market, expose, exhibit, reproduce, publish or assign the license of Casitas Canarias website, or download nor give or sell copies of it.
- You are not authorized to use this website in a way that violates the law in force in Spain or any provisions about its use listed here.
- Each client has to provide the data that are requested in the registration boxes. Only Persons older than 18 years of age, possessing full legal capacity and enterprises as legal persons can be registered. There is no general right of admission when participating in an online booking procedure. Casitas Canarias is authorized to refuse admission without having to justify its decision; it may also refuse admission already granted also without the need to justify the decision. This applies especially to clients that provide false information during the registration process, repeatedly attack the General conditions of Casitas Canarias, or in case of a possible fraudulent use.
- Casitas Canarias is not authorized to cancel a registration without reasonable prior notice - except in certain cases to avoid greater damages. The cancellation of the registration may not be questioned or demanded to Casitas Canarias in any manner whatsoever. Those contracts signed prior to the cancellation of the registration will not be affected by it; the booking requests however will not be valid. The cancellation shall be communicated in writing or by e-mail. Clients are entitled to cancel their registration as they deem appropriate. The obligations previously contracted will not be affected.
III. Restriction of liability

2. Part: Terms
- If any of the above provisions is not valid or declared null and void, the other provisions will not have effect. The contract continues to be in force. The nullity of the contract which has been the subject of intermediation does not affect the mediation contract as such.
- The breach of the conditions of use or the suspicion of non-compliance authorizes Casitas Canarias when it deems necessary to stop the client from using the website or the services offered through it, in case of actual bookings have been carried out.
- This agreement establishes the relationship between you and Casitas Canarias through the website and replaces all what would previously be agreed or indicated, including but not limited to electronic means, verbal or written form between you and Casitas Canarias.
- The client / traveller may only bring legal actions in courts in which the agency is domiciled.
