El Molinero Alto es una casa rural con piscina compartida en el suroeste de Gran Canaria, a solo 4 km de la costa de Mogán, para una estancia tranquila con vistas y buen clima todo el año. Esta casa de vacaciones se encuentra en la planta alta de una construcción tradicional que comparte con El Molino Bajo, dentro de una finca con otros tres alojamientos, ideal para quienes buscan intimidad sin alejarse demasiado.
El interior del apartamento está distribuido de forma abierta y funcional: el dormitorio, con dos camas individuales y cuna disponible sin coste adicional, bajo petición, se integra directamente en un acogedor salón con televisión satélite, zona de comedor y sofá cama. La casa tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción, además de wifi gratuito. En otro extremo, se encuentra el baño con ducha y, justo al lado, una cocina equipada con nevera, congelador, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor eléctrico y exprimidor, además de vajilla y utensilios, para preparar las comidas durante la estancia. La casa dispone también de lavadora.
Desde el salón accedes a un balcón privado con bonitas vistas al entorno rural y, en días claros, al mar en el horizonte. Además, en el exterior hay jardín y una terraza equipada con comedor y dos tumbonas, perfecta para disfrutar del sol y la tranquilidad, con aparcamiento junto a la casa.
A unos 50 metros está la piscina con solárium compartido, un espacio amplio y relajante para refrescarse tras un día de excursión o simplemente dejar pasar el tiempo.
El entorno de Mogán, con su clima privilegiado, es perfecto para una escapada de descanso, naturaleza y mar. Una casa pensada para parejas que buscan calma, terraza con vistas y un buen punto de partida para el senderismo y para Porto Mogán; conviene contar con coche.

Unbedingt verbesserungswürdig ist der Zustand der Küchenmöbel und die Ausstattung der Küche mit Kochgeschirr und Gläsern. So haben wir keine 2 gleichen Weingläser gefunden. Es gibt nur einen Deckel für die 2 Töpfe, und 2 Pfannen, die alle schon verbever más
Unbedingt verbesserungswürdig ist der Zustand der Küchenmöbel und die Ausstattung der Küche mit Kochgeschirr und Gläsern. So haben wir keine 2 gleichen Weingläser gefunden. Es gibt nur einen Deckel für die 2 Töpfe, und 2 Pfannen, die alle schon verbeult sind und nicht mehr eben auf dem Kochfeld aufliegen. Für "Ferienköche", wie wir es sind, war das Kochen eine echte Herausforderung. Von den Schubkästen fallen die Blenden ab.

The complex containing the house was very private and nicely landscaped. It is located in a quiet hamlet a little way of out the main town of Puerto de Mogan. A major plus is the private parking within the complex (very secure with an electric gate), as there is almost no public parking available in this area. There is a dirt track with very little traffic, which we used to walk into town. The top part (Alto) of the house is worth paying a little extra for as you have a private outdoor space which is not overlooked. The pool area contains enough lounging beds and parasols for all of the guests and is a nice place to sit, surrounded by plants. The apartment is bright and airy, with large full-length doors at the front which overlook the valley down to the sea. We found the beds to be comfortable and there is air-con if needed in the main bedroom area. The shower is lovely with a rainfall showerhead.

We also truly appreciate your constructive comments. Your suggestion regarding the pool temperature in December has been noted — we’ll consider possible improvements for the cooler months. We're also reviewing options to make the poolside area more comfortable for walking, and looking into updating the kitchen inventory and instructions to make everything more intuitive for our guests. Regarding the parking, although the house is located on a hillside, the access and parking are straightforward and don’t require any special driving skills.
